I thought this book was so honest and insightful on a sensitive subject. The way it is set up to have the opportunity to hear from the person that has been through it and came out on the other side is so inspirational.And to have the masterful feedback from Tony with his insights and his years of experience is so great!I am sharing this book with many people in my life who will benefit from the supportive, inspirational and non judgemental take on an issue that can cause so much pain.This book is full of wisdom and very well written. I highly recommend it.
I have been in denial of an addiction that I formed when I was 14. My first introduction to porn really came coupled with my first introduction to the internet, and the two have been inseparable since then. This addiction has waxed and waned, veered me away from healthy relationships and nearly destroyed my marriage. I finally had a come to Jesus moment with my wife and received this book at the same time, and I have found the strength to move forward and banish the addiction from my life. This book is immensely helpful because it shows you how you stumbled, how like so many others you are, the excuses and obstacles you use to prevent your own sobriety, and what sobriety and a healthy relationship can look like. I would recommend pairing this book with something on Erotic Intelligence, which will help show you what to replace the demon with.

I loved so many things about this book. From the combination of therapist and Joshua who went through the experience, to the format answering questions. It triggered me in ways that were unexpected but brought insight that was phenomenal.
