This is my first Amazon review ever. I felt so strongly about this delicious cookbook that I was compelled to write a glowing review. I have been only been vegan for about a month now and I have watched Roxy and Ben’s facebook videos on their amazing recipes. Every recipe I have tried have been an absolute hit in my house! They are so easy to make and my husband and I have not missed meat at all. If you want to make a conscious choice to not eat animals, eat more plant-based for your health, or just want to get on the Meatless Monday bandwagon, do yourself a favor and buy this book.
