It is so severe in some sentences that the meaning is hard to decipher.2. This book is very clearly geared towards men, which is great if that’s what the goal is. The title did not imply that it would be predominantly directed at male readers.3. There is a lengthy section about choosing a martial arts style which I found to be inconsistent with the theme of the book.Again, I think the ideas presented in this book were fabulous. It gives you a good “kick in the ass” approach to developing habits that will lead to success. |
