I actually won a copy and had already pre-ordered my copy. As a millennial, this “schooled” me, it identified some of the tension I was having when I had to “demote friends”,but it also “saved” my demoted friends and associates from being blocked and not tolerated. In my generation, we take loyalty seriously, and can easy disregard the entire relationship at the sight of disloyalty. Thank you for teaching me to be an fruit inspector in every season, and thank you for sharing nuggets about how to deal with the 4 groups of people. This book is a game changer that will change the trajectory of your life. This book helped me build better skills in my personal relationships and in corporate America. This is a must read!
This book is highly effective. The fact that he uses Jesus’s life and friendships to give us the perfect model to follow. When it comes to relationships it’s a new way of taking on the Bible. Learning from a biblical standpoint gives us a different perspective on how to enter relationships, maintain, and possibly leave relationships according to how they help move us and our purpose.
This book is a must-read for those who want to live on purpose and take ownership in how they want to and who they want to share their space and energy with. I am a licensed Master social worker. It is imperative for me to manage every aspect of my life in order to be effective in helping others. In 2020 I decided that it was time for me to stop holding on to “dead weight”, people who do not pour into my life but instead wait to see how they can benefit from me. This book has provided me the courage and guidelines that I can use so I can unapologetically own my space, and gain renewed strength and faith in God’s word and plan for my life. Got my preordered copy and finished it in 4 days.I am a big Youtube follower of Dr Dharius Daniels. He is a Kingdom preacher like my Favorite Dr Myles Munroe.I listen to his sermons one after another every week and his Put People on their place series have been a huge blessing.Answer to my prayers for years. And this book is a great read.As I do not miss his sermons and have watched most of his sermons on youtube, some of the book information was familiar, and still had new to learn.I will keep the book for my kids. This is a must read book for good RQ
This is a for sure must read! Everyone needs and can use relational intelligence. This has shifted and changed my perspective on so many different levels!
