Book DescriptionFrom the Author I was inspired to write this book when walking in my neighborhood. I would always smile when I passed a certain tree on a corner in my neighborhood. I wrote down the story as I knew it, and painted some pictures to go with it. Later, I changed to a poetic format and read it to several of the students I taught while substitute teaching. I was pleased to get positive feedback from children. After all, they are my target audience. She enjoys crocheting, crafts, and singing in her church choir.
