It sounds like the author barely speaks English. There are paragraphs like this on every page, “There are many times when you will need to make some predictions about your business. You can’t always know what is going to happen at a given time in your business, no matter how hard you try.” Don’t waste your money! I enjoyed this text being focused on the technical pieces. I would enjoy greater detail on how Data Science as a whole can solve business problems and offer prescriptive insights, but this is the only text of its kind that I’ve found. Being that it’s admittedly an introductory text, I almost feel this is aimed specifically for technical-minded decision makers. This is not really a book. It is more like a pamphlet. The total read time on kindle is about 40 minutes. Nowhere near the detail or practical application I was hoping for. Being a Data analytics for the past 4 years. Herbert Analytics ebook helped me alot to understand more data analytics. The Information provided is very helpful for someone who would like to start a career journey in data analytics. For those who are lost in the vast amount of information out there about Data Science, this is a relief in terms of accurately and concisely relaying the essentials you should know when beginning to venture into the field Very helpful, As a beginner, this book helped me a lot with the basic concepts. Way better than any other relevant books in the market.
