Having read one of Ms. Kramer’s previous books (Ahead of the Curve) I found GameChanger to be a great complement / companion piece. Whereas “Ahead of the Curve” was more of an introduction to investing and a “How-to” when it comes to trend-spotting, GameChanger dives right in and spells out the significant trends that are literally happening right now. A very enjoyable read and easy to understand book that helps any investor “Think Big” about where our world is heading, and how to profit off of it!
This Kramer is always ahead of the curve with her investment insight… This book does More than give me double-digit winning fish~ it tells me How to fish and Where the best fish are located!!
I’m just an artist and when it comes to investing, I just don’t think with that side of the brain. All I wanted to know is how I can recognize investment opportunities on my own. I knew there had to be some sort of secret.I have friends who work as traders. Every time I ask them for investing advice, they say, “I don’t like to give advice to friends”. One of them recommended this book to me. I thought it would be another stale, financial book with a bunch of information that was useless and way over my head. I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed how much I had already read when I put the book down. Easy read, very informative and easy to understand. And I always thought a “Trend” had to do with fashion, haha!!
The majority of investment advice is usually downright wrong and the directions sends you to the Arctic if you’re looking for the tropics or it sends you to the Caribbean when it is summer in Virginia. Kramer has historically made me the most most money and that’s why I’m an inner circle subscriber to her stock letters and go to the MoneyShow to listen to her and she engages with me. Hilary wants to hear about my top stocks. Kramer’s book fits perfectly for anyone starting out or who is looking for the next BIG THING with her future facts about life, money, work and the world and the companies that will be important… meaning those businesses that will make you rich $$$. Hilary isn’t afraid to tell you that WEALTH IS GOOD.
I picked up this book on the advice of a friend who is an experienced investor. The book gives straight forward advice and is very readable and honest. I recommend it no matter your level of experience – it has prompted me to re-examine our portfolio and plan much more carefully and coherently for the future.
This is a 21st century version of “ Buy what you know to get rich.” This time it may be truer than ever because Wall Street isn’t telling us what will be Hot , only what was Hot. Whatever it is running my household or managing my portfolio Hilary Kramer has given me a lot of insight as to what the future holds . I have watched her for years on tv and have enjoyed her book tremendously.
Hilary Kramer’s “Game Changer Investing” was a real eye-opener! It was an easy read filled with great information and ideas to evaluate future investment opportunities. The material she covered in each chapter was spot on and relevant.It’s exciting to read about the transformation happening now and as we approach 2050. I highly recommend “Game Changer Investing” to folks of all ages.
